Found here. The idea behind this community is to give the readers an insight, a glimpse per se into the lives of numerous individuals. These short stories should only be about 100 to 800 words in length; don’t try to make it any longer than 800 or shorter than 100. Claims can be an individual character or a couple, and they may be original characters, other author's characters, or even rpf "characters".

The mod doesn't mention OT3+ character groups, and has specific sanctions against "offensive material", which she defines as rape and incest; but no one's posted since 2009, so I'll just go ahead and write whatever the hell I want.
