Zevran basically gave an oath and pledged himself into Warden's servitude, possible sexual usage included. Everyone (including Warden) more or less awkwardly laughed it off but Zevran still fully expects to be used. Because that's what the Crows taught him. That's why he keeps coming on to everyone.
Couple of weeks pass by, Zevran is considered just another member of their merry band of misfits. Warden has always fancied the sensual Antivan, so he finally decides to make a move on Zevran, not thinking anything of it. But Zevran is very much aware of his position of servitude so he agrees.
Some time later all that comes up and Warden and the other companions have to deal with the fact that Zevran still considers himself little more than slave and thinks consent some silly romantic notion rather than a real thing.
- whether Zevran actually wants Warden or not is up to a!a - whether Warden is horrified and super upset because he thought they had some kind of relationship or on the darker side and doesn't care is also up to a!a - show me companions' reaction, please!
