There are moments when Sparrow can't help but remember that she hasn't actually earned this new life. She's suffered for it, certainly, but she hasn't earned it. Everything she has is Frost's doing: he swayed the Culling in her favor, he saved her from becoming the Circle's plaything, and he's the one who made everything she's accomplished in Solares possible.
So in those other moments, the ones when she realizes that what she's feeling is fulfillment and something approaching gratitude, Sparrow knows that this is the beginning of the end. If she doesn't run now, she doubts she ever will.
