Because I love me some Jarls. It could be the Moot where they elected Torygg as High King or it could be after the Civil War when they elect Elisif/Ulfric (or someone else entirely, however that'll happen)

Basically I needed an excuse for a bunch of Jarls to get together and talk shenanigans! My preference is Original Jarls > Imperial Jarls (I'm just dying to see Maven at the Moot) > Stormcloak Jarls but it's not too much of a preference :)

I'm going to do Moot scenes for The Jagged Crown and probably The High King of Skyrim, so this is something I can fill if I feel up to it.
