Jowan/Cullen, post-Urn of Sacred Ashes punishment

Dungeon sex. Jowan has been sent back to the Circle to await punishment, but in the current state he now awaits sentence at Aeonar. Cullen - having gone a little batshit after Uldred & co - decides Jowan needs to be punished for risking F!Amell/Surana's life with his escape. Dungeons have chains and... stuff. Use them.

AU to Mice and Mages, I think. Maybe Amell is fighting the Circle for custody of Jowan, post-Blight? That would open up the possibility of a nice, messy "Amell catches Cullen raping Jowan" fallout scene.
