What if Molag Bal actually expect the DB/OC/NPC to become his new priest and tend to his shrine, and the house, in whatever manner that requires; everything from sweeping floors to ritual sacrifices.
And because this is a kink meme, the DB/OC/NPC then becomes Molag Bal's pretty little House Spouse whom he frequents on occasion to make sure nothing like what happened to his shrine before happens again.
