Galen was now just a heartbeat away from having Frost all to himself, and yet, somewhere along the line, that had stopped being his goal.
He had meant to seduce Sparrow as a means to an end, and somehow instead he'd adopted yet another infatuation, an affection he couldn't have seen coming for the woman he'd thought at first his rival.
But Sparrow and Frost were an undeniably perfect match, one he was now very much invested in keeping together instead of tearing apart.
Because Galen certainly didn't want to come between them anymore.
What he wanted was to join.
