Dragonborn/Humanoid!Odahviing

I can't help but adore Odhaviing with all his snarky evil smartassness. So I would like to see a story where, like in other fantasy worlds, dragons can turn into human(like) shape, and some Odhaviing/dovahkiin hotness would occure!
