Draconian | Charon/Sigurd, spanking

Inspired in part by Rudyard Kipling's The Elephant's Child in which he is spanked by a snake's "scalesome, flailsome tail" ... a dragon might have a similar tail, right? RIGHT?! :3

In which Smaug punishes the thief he finds in his lair.

Totally ok with this devolving into weird dragon sex.
