There's a part of his torture Cullen never told to anyone, and that's that it got him achingly, throbbingly hard. He was teased and sexually tortured by some of the mages when they discovered this.

I want either Cullen telling the Inquisitor about this while in bed with her (complete with flashbacks of course) or the Inquisitor re-enacting this torture but in a consensual, safe way that ends with lots of aftercare.
