Did "Blood on the Ice" this weekend, and I've got to think that behind that slouch and impassive expression, Ulfric was seething every time my Dunmer spellsword strolled in to talk to Jorlief like she owned the place. Ulfric spent months? years? trying to master the Thu'um, and some damn greyskin comes to Skyrim and her Thu'um brings all the dragons to the yard? That's got to piss him off.
So...I'd like to see Ulfric whose envy of the Dragonborn turns to obsession. M or F DB is fine; Dunmer, Altmer, Breton or Imperial preferred but any non-Nord is okay. Not sure how you'd do it with a Stormcloak supporter, but if you can, by all means! Dub- and non-con okay, but so is no sex, with his jealousy manifesting in other ways (forbidding the bards to sing "The Dragonborn Comes" in Windhelm comes to mind).
So... I've got an idea for a Dragonborn!Mahariel fic, and this might fit it, actually? (My current thought for that one is that Lyna will be commonly mistaken for a Bosmer.)
