f!lavellan and her party is ambushed by bad guys (red templars, bandits, venatori, anything works) and during their brief captivity, she was raped in front of her party members. After their rescue, the other party members are burdened by guilt and are ready for their leader to break down, only for lavellan to be completely calm and almost blase about it.
Thinking that their leader was just putting on a tough front for their benefit, they try to coax her, assuring her that it's alright to break down in front of them. Instead, Lavellan informs them that during her life as a nomad Dalish, non consensual sex has been an unavoidable part of her life - from being captured by Templars to angry villagers to having sex as a bargaining tool so her clan could be safe, Lavellan had pretty much accepted that it's just something that happens to her.
Cue her party member's reactions - Are they sad? angry? horrified? even more guilty? prefer either Solas and Sera to be the LI, of there's any, as they more often define being Dalish on the things that they got wrong - How would they feel about this?

Betty fends out an unwanted suitor by saying she has a girlfriend. She fends off another by saying she has a boyfriend. The unwanted suitors each discover what she said to the other, and one or both of them confronts her and accuses her of lying. Betty insists that she does have a boyfriend AND a girlfriend, that she's part of a happy "throuple," and she ropes in Archie and Veronica to back her up.
This can go one of two ways:
A. Smutty one-shot, maybe all taking place at a party, and ending with Betty, Archie, and Veronica hooking up for real (possibly getting caught). Doesn't have to lead to them dating for real, but could.
B. Story with more plot that actually does lead to them becoming a proper triad. Smut would be welcome but not necessary.
Also it would be fine to make Veronica the one fending off the unwanted suitors at the beginning.

The Listener has had a bad day. She storms into the sanctuary in a dark mood and in desperate need of relaxing. Cicero as always is obsessively happy to help the listener but he just doesn't have what she needs.
Their newest recruit does though. A handsome Khajiit who is incredibly talented with his tongue and happy to oblige.
In my dream Cicero was pacing all over the sanctuary grumbling about useless cats and what he could possibly do that Cicero couldn't. When someone suggested what could be going on, Cicero flipped the fuck out LOL

F!Warden has romanced either Zevran or Leliana, so an unromanced Alistair does the Dark Ritual with Morrigan.
Only it doesn't work. Oh Morrigan gets pregnant, but the bit where the soul of the archdemon was supposed to pass through the Warden into the baby goes wrong. So the Warden, who strikes the final blow, dies killing the Archdemon and Morrigan is left shell shocked and pregnant by a man she can barely tolerate.
Alistair was either made solo King at the Landsmeet or is married to Anora. And he/they are kind of worried about an heir. Alistair's a Warden and it turns out that Anora's own chances of fertility are pretty low.

So, I would like to see something where Alduin defeats the Dragonborn. Whatever happens after that is fine. I'd prefer neither switch species though, so sex and stuff isn't really desired.

Before the Herald stops him at Redcliffe, Alexius decides that the smartest way to beat Trevelyan is to go back in time before the explosion at the conclave and kill them before they even become the Herald! No Herald, no threat. Problem solved.
Except when Alexius returns to his present his lackies tell him that the Herald is here for the meeting, just like they arranged. Que Alexius going 'WTF? I JUST killed them!' Instead of the Herald Trevelyan like it was in the first timeline, it's Herald Lavellan.
So Alexius goes back again, finds Lavellan at the conclave, kills them, returns to the present, and now there's a dwarf Herald?! (whichever order/race/gender/class doesn't matter. The more the merrier!)
Tl;dr: Alexius goes back in time to kill the Herald but one of the other origins survives the conclave and becomes Herald of Andraste instead. Repeat as necessary.

After In Hushed Whispers, when Alistair shows up to tell the mages to shove off, he realizes that Inquisitor Trev/Lav/Cad strongly resembles his long-lost Warden love (she was killed fighting the archdemon or refused to be his mistress). In order to let her take the mages to Haven, he orders her to pay for them by spending the night with him. He is fully aware that she's unwilling, and just doesn't care.
Preferred:

In Act 1, when Anders says you remind him of the Warden, said friend remarked: "Wonder how he'd react if he knew you were the Warden."
And then the thought wouldn't leave me alone.
So yeah. 'Hawke' is just an elaborate fabrication that the Warden-Commander is using to infiltrate Kirkwall. Bethany, Carver, and Leandra are all Grey Wardens themselves. The voice and appearance are an unusually sophisticated glamour, possibly slapped on by Wynne/the Architect/the Warden themself, if played as a mage.
Maybe they're in town to investigate the Templar/Mage conflict. Maybe they got wind of Corypheus. I leave the plotting up to you, my lovelies; the gist of it is, Hawke is not who (s)he appears, and one way or another their cover is blown.

Person A is the child of the city's villain and Person B is the child of the city's hero. Neither know who the others parents are until the villain kidnaps person B to get back at the hero Or Person A and Person B get acquainted as their (evil/good) parents fight in the streets.

Viserys actually did manage to raise Dany to adulthood unraped and reasonably educated, so he probably only started going totally bananas later in life - after years of the stress of assasination attempts, the belief his people were waiting for him to return and rescue them, and raising a child while still a child.
What would have happened if he HADN'T gone insane? Would he still have tried to marry Dany off to a warlord whose troops wouldn't be willing to sail to Westeros? Would he have taken to dying their hair to keep them safer? Would he actually have eventually won the Iron Throne or would he have given up on it?
